Christmas & New Year Bookings 2024/25

Over the festive season we add on an additional surcharge on each kennel and cattery pen (not per animal)

Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day will incur a one pet surcharge of £15 per kennel or £9 per cattery pen on EACH of these 3 dates. This means if your pet/s are boarded with us over the entire festive season you will be charged an extra £54 for a kennel or £30 for a cattery pen.


Christmas and New Year Opening Hours
 
Normal office hours up till and including the 23rd December, then as follows;

24th December: 9am - 12 Noon Only
25th December:  CLOSED
26th December:  CLOSED
27th - 31st December: Normal office hours (Unless Bank Holidays which would then be 9am until 12 only)
1st January:         CLOSED
2nd January: Normal office hours resume (Unless falls on a Bank Holiday)
